1. Eligibility

2. The Service
ArcadeOwl provides free, browser-based mini and medium games and related content. We may add, modify, suspend or remove games and features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular game will always be available.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
- Use bots, scrapers, cheats, exploits or automated means except as expressly permitted.
- Reproduce, distribute, frame, or create derivative works from the Service or its content without permission.
- Remove, obscure or interfere with any advertising or security features.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, text and original graphics, is owned by ArcadeOwl and protected by intellectual-property laws. Games, trademarks and artwork supplied by third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence or applicable terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in third-party content beyond playing it through the Service.
5. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. By using the Service you agree that we and our advertising partners may display ads. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser; we are not responsible for third-party advertising content.
6. Purchases, payments & taxes
Some features may be offered for a fee (for example, ad-removal, premium content or virtual items). Where paid features are available:
- Payments in India are processed by Razorpay; international payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant-of-record.
- Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes (such as GST). You authorise the relevant processor to charge your selected payment method.
- All purchases are subject to our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
- Virtual items and in-game currency, where offered, have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are licensed — not sold — to you for use within the Service.
7. Subscriptions & renewals
If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time as described in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
8. User conduct & accounts
If account features are introduced, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. See our Disclaimer for more.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcadeOwl and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 1,000.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArcadeOwl from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
14. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, the courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
